2016 was a year of great recognition for Justlogin. For the past 16 years, our team has worked tirelessly. From creating the first cloud-based HR solution for local SMEs back in 1999 to continuously enhancing our user experience today to make HR as painless as possible. We have come a long way.
In September, we received our first award of the year – HRM Asia Readers’ Choice Awards. Justlogin was the winner of the Best HR Tech – HR Management System category. The winner was voted by HRM Asia Magazine’s readers which comprises of HR professionals and C-Suite executives around Asia. We are glad that more and more HR professionals and other key decision makers are getting to know Justlogin’s brand.
At the end of September, we received yet another piece of good news. Justlogin is a winner of the prestigious Enterprise 50 (E50) award. Jointly organised by The Business Times and KPMG, and supported by the International Enterprise Singapore, Singapore Business Federation, Singapore Exchange and SPRING Singapore, this award recognises the top fifty privately-held local companies in Singapore. We are honoured to receive this award and the recognition it brings. It was our first time participating and going through the process of putting up our business case for application, followed by an interview. It was truly an exhilarating experience.
November was also an eventful month. Not long after receiving the E50 award officially at the E50 Gala Dinner, we performed once again at the HR Vendors of the Year Awards organised by the Human Resources Magazine. In 2015, we won Silver for Best HR Management System at the same awards. This year, we outdid ourselves and achieved 2 awards – Silver for Best Payroll Software and Bronze for Best HR Management System. The HR Vendors of the Year Award was judged by a large panel of judges comprising of senior HR leaders from various MNCs. We are proud that our key product, ePayroll has received the recognition as one of the best Payroll software in Singapore. We are also proud that our suite of HR solutions earned us a bronze for Best HR Management Systems, just behind Oracle and SAP.
Having received so much this year, we know that it is rightful of us to give back to everyone who has helped us come this far. In November, we tried to show appreciation to three key groups of people that were indispensable to our success thus far – our employees, customers and partners. We brought our employees and their families to Bali for a well-deserved vacation to unwind after a year of hard work. For our customers, we treated them to a movie night to thank them for their endless support in the past 16 years. Last but not least, we organised a dinner party for our partners to show appreciation for their dedication and effort in making their partnership with Justlogin a successful one. This is just the beginning and we look forward to all your continuous support in our journey to become the top HR solutions provider in Asia Pacific.
There is one more notable achievement for Justlogin this year. We have successfully obtained the ISO 27001 certification, which is a widely-recognised security management standard that specifies security management best practices and comprehensive security controls for an information security management system (ISMS). This is a huge step on our part in providing our clients more assurance with regards to our security practices, as they entrust their important data to our care. Cloud software has always brought much security concerns to businesses looking at implementing them. The situation has improved greatly compared to when we first started out 16 years ago, with more wide-spread Cloud adoption. We hope that with these increased security controls, more people will have greater acceptance towards leveraging the Cloud to improve productivity in all aspects of their business.
Once again, a big thank you to all of you who has supported us in our journey. Justlogin would like to wish you a happy new year! May 2017 be filled with wonderful opportunities for all!
Best regards,
KC
