With the opening of a new regional office in Singapore, Wargaming was faced with the requirements of hiring talent, managing payroll and establishing the overall HR framework. The company’s manual system for tracking leave and expense claims quickly became unwieldy and as headcount grew. HR wanted a system that could ensure accuracy in managing leave and expenses as well as timely reimbursement. Payroll needed to be efficient and all systems needed to be easily scalable.
